Support

You can delete your Kinetic account and all associated data directly from within the app:

1. Open the Kinetic app on your device.
2. Tap the Settings tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account, progress data, and all associated information will be removed immediately.

If you no longer have access to the app, you can also request account deletion by emailing us at valorcalisthenics@gmail.com with the subject line Delete My Account and the email address associated with your account.
